Keyboard shortcuts
Two shortcuts cover most of a CloudPouch session: Cmd/Ctrl + Enter analyzes every eligible service at once, and Cmd/Ctrl + K switches AWS profiles without touching the mouse. Both arrived in CloudPouch v1.43.0, together with an in-app shortcut overlay under Help -> Keyboard Shortcuts.
Shortcuts
Section titled “Shortcuts”| Shortcut | Action |
|---|---|
Cmd/Ctrl + Enter | Start Bulk Cost Insights Analysis for every eligible service. Available for the Current Month and Previous Month timeframes. |
Cmd/Ctrl + K | Open the quick AWS profile switcher. |
Up / Down | Move through results in the quick AWS profile switcher. |
Enter | Select the highlighted profile. |
Esc | Close the quick AWS profile switcher. |
Use Cmd on macOS and Ctrl on Windows and Linux.
Quick profile switcher
Section titled “Quick profile switcher”If you manage many AWS accounts — a payer account plus a dozen member accounts is common — the profile switcher is the fastest way to hop between them. Press Cmd/Ctrl + K to open a command palette labeled Search AWS profiles…, type part of the profile name to filter, and press Enter to switch.
The switcher lists every profile from your local AWS configuration: named profiles with static credentials, AWS SSO profiles, and role-chaining profiles that use source_profile.
Bulk analysis
Section titled “Bulk analysis”Cmd/Ctrl + Enter kicks off Cost Insights across all eligible services in one pass, instead of opening each service view and running its analysis separately. It is the quickest way to get a full waste inventory for an account you have not looked at recently.
For the complete shortcut list in your installed version, open Help -> Keyboard Shortcuts inside the app.
